I must applaud the team working at NO Frills (Harvard Road, Guelph) on Tuesday evening 29 December 2020 for assisting me in restarting my car in the bitter cold of -10 C. My car battery refused to work and I asked for help from the customer service. I was there to pick up some Coke Zero but non was on display. I asked Laura who was stocking the cheese freezer and not only did she go in the back and get me one but when I said I would like 6 she went and dug them out of a skid. They were on the bottom so she had to move a large number of others that were on top. Now that is going the extra mile and she deserves a big Thank You from me and a gold star from Scott.
