Great service! Arrived home from work in the evening only to find our tank was full or blocked. I called LJ's and even though he was already home for the day, he got in his truck and was at my house in about a half hour. Tank was pumped, and the blockage removed in quick time. Great guy! highly recommend!

I have been using these guys for years. I have several investment properties and they need appliance repair on regular basis. Whatever the problem is, I call them and they usually come within a couple of days. I have not run into a problem that they cant fix! I order lunch from here all the time and I have rarely been disappointed. I tried another Chinese restaurant in the area because I order from J & Y all the time - and man what a mistake!
