Moved from Dallas, Texas to Vancouver, BC. Booked a moth prior.
The office coordinated very well with me, packing was very neatly done, care
was taken by the crew, friendly and hardworking. Loaded the truck me the next day, again a swift service.
My delivery arrived as scheduled in Vancouver. just finished unpacking and all seems to be well.

Many thanks to Liz who helped us coordinate our move from Stratford to Montreal. We had an unexpected surprise from the new landlords when we arrived at destination and had to suddenly look for a new place. But they were able to hold off the delivery date and were able to offer storage at their Ontario warehouse. We were happy to have this option. Final price and invoice process was great. The ladies who work here are efficient and very easy to approach. It was my first time shipping through greyhound and I will be back again. They do offer tracking now.
I'm not sure what the review below is about, as this depot doesn't do pick up or deliveries, they are all out of Coquitlam, the main office for the lower mainland.
This office doesn't have buses but you can buy tickets here for departure from another depot.

our lock broke and we got locked out of our store, we called a bunch of other locksmiths and no one was available luckily we came across A-Line , he was here within 30 minutes and was very friendly and fixed our lock in no time, and great price, i highly recommend this company!

I wasnt able to chatch my bus leaving at 6pm from whistler, I called the office and they changed my ticket for FREE to the 7:20 pm departure, I really liked the service!

The service is awesome, the food is awesome. Sushi with black rice is better than white rice. The green tea ice cream is delicious, the pear ice cream is delicious as well. They need more desserts (more choices, ie: cake, pastries).

We have used Student First buses for several years transporting 80+ University of BC students to and from field trips at various locations. They are extremely reliable in pick up and drop off times. The bus drivers are great! The staff - particularly, Charlene (a wonderful person!) has been incredibly helpful and accommodating to our needs. I absolutely recommend Student First buses!
