The service from Mr Coverall was excellent from beginning to end. They were the best quote we got after getting 3. They set up a time to come within a few days. They followed up several time to check if everything was confirmed and also after the awning was put in. The 2 men who came to put up the awning were fast efficient and very friendly. And they did it all while it was pouring rain!! We would highly recommend MR coverall!! Thank you for an amazing job! We love our new awning:)

He responded to my inquiry within a few hours and came to my house to do a free estimate within a couple of days. The price he quoted was very reasonable. I had an issue (self inflicted) with my Boston Whaler while away just before the Labour Day long weekend. I called the service department at least five times during the day to try and find the problem. They were extremely helpful and patient and I did eventually source the problem to some fuses in the ignition system. I was on Galiano Island and Ben in service was going to be on Mayne Island the following day and offered to bring them to me. Customer Service above and beyond!!!
