I met both Drs, K & S and found them very knowledgeable and compassionate. To be fair, the receptionist is also very thorough and helpful. I believe all medical offices charge a missed appt fee but not a cancellation fee as noted in one of the comments on this page and this makes sense as there r many pts awaiting to be given an appt while some others neglect to show up to their confirmed appt. My wife And I have found Dr. Chada to be a very good doctor who takes the time to understand and tend to her patient's needs.
