Sharon helped my daughter find the perfect stroller for our soon to come grandchild. Though she lives in B.C. and was here for a visit, and we told her we wouldn't be buying at this store, Sharon said that's OK, I'm here to help you find a the perfect stroller. And she did. Sharon was very thorough in her demonstrations and knowledge. My daughter flew back to BC the next day and purchased the stroller at Toy's R Us out west. The lady at the front desk I believe her name was Renee. She fit us in in just a few minutes and we had no appointment. Polite and took time out to talk to our kids she was a very sweet lady. Our tax person was Sally is very knowledgable and will give them both a 15 out of 10 for sure
