Our furnace failed just hours before a family gathering on Dec 26. We called Kaulback Heating early the next morning. They quickly got back to us saying they would try to fit us in as soon as possible. Technicians showed up within two hours, diagnosed the fault as a failed blower motor. They obtained and installed a replacement motor bringing the furnace online within a few hours. The cost for this outstanding service was unbelievable reasonable. Will use again and refer them unconditionally. Read more
