Visited HealthOne Harbourfront Medical and Walk-In Clinic and had a great experience. Quick service, friendly staff and the doctor was thorough and easy to talk to. A great choice if you’re looking for a walk in clinic in Toronto. Very efficient and professional care. I will definitely be back! The clinic is beautiful and offer all-in-one care with services like physiotherapy, chiropractic and RMT. So convenient to have everything under one roof.

I met both Drs, K & S and found them very knowledgeable and compassionate. To be fair, the receptionist is also very thorough and helpful. I believe all medical offices charge a missed appt fee but not a cancellation fee as noted in one of the comments on this page and this makes sense as there r many pts awaiting to be given an appt while some others neglect to show up to their confirmed appt. Great experience at HealthOne's clinic in North York at Yonge and Sheppard. I visited the walk-in clinic and was really impressed with how smooth and efficient everything was. The staff were friendly and professional, and having an in-house lab was a huge bonus, made the whole process quick and convenient. The clinic is also very clean, and I love that they have RMTs, I’m looking forward to trying the massage therapy on my next visit.
