The tooth was pretty rotten but he got it out in three pieces quickly and easily and I even held the male assistants hand (because I was obviously anxious). Got my dog neutered they’re, they are all very well mannered and someone came out to assist us while we were waiting outside (due to covid) they took our dog (who loved her by the way) and explained the procedure. We left and they called us right after he went to sleep telling us he’s about to go in, then called us an hour later when he finished and told us he’s doing great. We got our dog back about 4 hours later and they gave us a manual explaining what to expect and what to do. Great service. Read more

We are not patients at Cavan but our vet was away so had to bring our dog here after another dog attacked us. After waiting untreated at Kawartha Veterinary Emergency Clinic for over six hours, we left and went to Cavan. Upon arrival, we were taken in promptly, our dog was treated and we were sent home with care instructions. The compassion and professionalism shown by Dr. Kalish was second to none.
