I just need to say how much I appreciate Oak Bay Chef on the Run for being there for so many people, and with great meals. I have been getting meals from them, for years. Started when a friend of mine used to get her meals there, had me working for her, and I shared with her, during the late 80s. Later, when I no longer wanted to cook as much, I went back. Now Ive introduced it to my son, and we both enjoy them. Try it, youll like it.

They do primarily catering but they also have a small modest restaurant on Kingsway. Not a late nught place and best to call to make sure they are still open if you come for dinner. We ended up with takeout as they closed early the night we wanted to drop in. The food tastes so good and fresh. They sell bags of roasted peanuts which are really good too.
