I have had service calls and repairs from this company three times in the last 5 years, and none were warranty work, my dryer was actually 12 years old. I have had prompt, polite and thorough service men, and good advice from each of them. I feel I can trust them as they explain the problem, and the pros and cons of a repair vs replacement. I highly recommend this company.
And my 13 year old dryer still works perfectly!

Andrea at the Abbotsford Kintec helped my mom & me today. She was really good. About 2 months ago we saw Travis to get orthotics. He checked our feet & video taped how we walked & how orthotics help us. He emailed my mom stretching exercise videos for me. Today Andrea found me perfect road running shoes that my orthotics fit in. Too bad ur store only has a few types of shoe laces to buy.
