I absolutely love this place. The food is quite good, the portion sizes are generous, the prices are right, and the service is always friendly. Speaking of portion sizes, I love their appetizers. They have some small appetizers which are priced relatively low which is wonderful. I don't want to spend 75% the cost of a meal for an appetizer so large that I'm not hungry for dinner any longer. Wish more places would offer appetizer portions like Amarosa. There is a wide selection available so you'd be hard pressed to find something you don't like. I'll be back. Read more

I was our first visit to this neighbourhood pub. It is a small restaurant with low ceilings and panelled in dark wood. The seating is very comfortable. The menu is small, however it offers something for everyone. We tried their signature dish "Oyster po' boy" ($15). It is served with a roasted tomato soup drizzled with rich basil oil. The dish was flavourful and nicely presented. The service was good and very friendly. Read more
