This clinic has very incompetent receptionist. First I got a call that I have an appointment on the day at 10:30am. I went to the clinic, then she says my appointment was Wednesday, and then says it is Friday. Dr.Michael Butler performed cataract sugery on my right eye this week. I was quite nervous, however, he patiently explained the procedure in simple terms. During surgery he was very positive and explained what was occurring. He did an excellent job and I was impressed with his professionalism and caring attitude.
