I love this place! Whenever I am near the market and I am in the mood for a quick lunch I go here. You pick your container of lettuce and then pile on whatever veggies/cheese/protein you like. (The deal is 3 veggies/1 cheese/1 protein). And add sunflower seeds or croutons and dressing of your choice. I love it cuz I can customize the salad to what I want and not a set combination. My usual is romaine w/broccoli, celery, carrot, avocado, feta, and chicken with oil and vinegar dressing. The veggies are always fresh and the people working there are always friendly. My husband and I dined at La Casa on Saturday night. We started with Mussels for appetizer - delicious...I wanted to drink the sauce it was so good. We also shared a Ceasar Salad. The dressing was very nice, perhaps a bit too much garlic (a little too overwhelming). Still tasty though. I ordered lobster pasta, all I can say is DELICIOUS! So tasty. I brought some home and was looking forward to eating it again the next day for lunch. My husband ordered beef tenderloin. Again, delicious! Tender, perfectly cooked and tasty. The waiter was very professional and friendly. We had a great time and a fantastic meal. No wonder La Casa is still one of the best restaurant's in London. It's so nice to go out for dinner and receive a great meal. The meals are not pretentious or overpriced (unlike other London restaurants in the downtown area). The food is simply delicious. I really liked this place because the food tasted different than the normal restaurant (kelsey's, jack astors etc.) The mushrooms were SO YUMMY! I got the grilled veggetable burger and it was good but I would get the veggie burger next time. My bf got it and I had a bite and it was super yummy!
