From the first phone call with Deeray, to my first visit at the office I found the customer service to be excellent. They are in Aspen mall and share a lobby with other medical offices which is very convenient. I am in the dental field and would recommend this dental clinic.

I took my son to the dalhousie wart clinic just to have them charge me 180$ to put a lil drop of chemical and a bandaid on and tell me I have to come back every 2 weeks at THE SAME 180$ CHARGE till it was gone. So I took him here . It's covered by Alberta health . The doctored lasered it once , charged me NOTHING and it WAS gone . I saw some bad reviews ... which is funny because I found him to be just fine and saved me time and SO much money !!!! Don't go anywhere else !!

The best experience I've ever had with a doctor. He was caring, energetic, and informed me thoroughly on the virus I had contracted. I am hesitant to go into the doctor because I am always stereotyped as a young girl that is overreacting. I don't usually leave reviews but I got to see their brand new office at Chinook centre Sunday and it's amazing, worth a visit just to see it! It's just down the hallway from their old office and the staff is super friendly and helpful. Roxanne got my exam started and showed me the scans of the inside of my eyes and that was pretty neat. Dr Lathrop got me set up with some new daily contacts that make me actually forget about how dry AB is. They solved my problem I'll definitely be back again!

Dr. Randy Gerber and his staff will take very good care of you and your feet. Their offices located in Kelowna and Penticton are very clean, the staff are both kind and courteous and will help with whatever your foot needs are. I personally like the Kelowna office for a couple reasons, it's a newer facility with much more room inside the patients rooms, that if you need\have someone with you, there is lots of room and sitting room. plus, they are open more. He's a great Dr.. I recommend!
