From the moment I walked in I was treated with genuine care and warmth. Although I had several eye exams in the last 20 years, this is the first time that I felt how every single little detail was addressed. I have been seeing Riki for a few years and she's been able to help me sort through my depression and anxiety brought on by past trauma. She has the ability to direct me through thoughts and help me see ways to think and act differently so that I can have a more positive and fulfilling outcome with interpersonal relations. And although I still struggle at times, she has been supportive and constant in her approach which helps me to think in a more positive way.

We had our young child in for jaw x rays and she was very nervous and upset and the tech was being very patient, but out of nowhere Dr Melo appeared (we did not have an appointment with him) and was so lovely with our kiddo, engaging her in conversation and set up the machine with a fake skull to show her how it worked. He was able to assuage her fears and the tech was able to get some good images. I was really struck at how patient and thoughtful he was. Will definitely go back if needed.
