I bought a pellet stove from these folks about 10 years ago. Happy to say that it still runs like a charm and I use it a lot - basically 24 hours a day for about 6 months of the year. Other that a few gaskets and a sensor that needed replacing I have not had any major issues with my stove. On the rare occasions when I needed some maintenance advice I spoke with one of their technicians (Marvin I think) and he was very helpful. Really cannot say enough about the product and the service. CAN REALLY COUNT ON THEM! They showed up on time with all the needed tools and materials, and provided me with excellent service. Not only the plumber is knowledgeable but also real friendly.
