Another BBY florist did not have my order done and by chance (lucky for me) I went into Metro Flowers. I needed 7 cut flower items for 6am the following morning and it was already 7pm. I watched as the florist, on the spot, put together a beautiful arrangement for another customer and wrapped up another single flower. They followed up several time to check if everything was confirmed and also after the awning was put in. The 2 men who came to put up the awning were fast efficient and very friendly. Penny replaced a hit&run damaged multifunction Lincoln drivers side rear view mirror and all features including auto heating, near 180degree adjustment in all directions from inside the car, blindspot alert etc work perfectly.
