With only the knowlege that it was a "special date" , the professional staff gave us a very memorable experience. We shared a pot sticker appetiser loaded with fresh flavour and perfectly embellished with truffle oil and shitake mushrooms. As a treat Eric the sommelier brought a wonderful glass of Italian Brut. Eric suggested a perfect "bridging wine" for our mains (tuna and bison). We each had eggs with hashbrowns and toast.. yumm we ordered a waffle too.. the waffles are huge but kind of expensive. So if you order them make sure you are hungry!
