Ingredients Health Food Store has this amazing array of healthy food. Twenty different types of Rice, 15 different types of beans. Thousands of Food items all organic all the stuff is good for you. No transfat items and a huge array of gluten free food.
They also have a cafe thats excellent. I had this vegetarian organic Eggs Benny. with carmelized onions, steamed organic Kale on a gluten free muffin with a blend of pan fried yukon gold potatoes and yams (with sea salt and organic salsa on the side) really really good...
i didnt have a coffee but i beleive they sell drumroaster blend.

I discovered that vinyl blinds in my home were constructed in this store in 1997 (before my ownership of my home). In need of a replacement blind and an adjustment to an existing blind, I was pleased to find a solution for this renovation project at this store. Its rare to find a business of any kind whose employees are as friendly and helpful as the people at Gibson's Building Supply. I can usually get what I need, but if there is something that they don't have, they can usually order it for me and it will be there in just a few days. I'll give GBS 4 3/4 stars out of 5!

Most times when you go to a wine store that isn't run by the government you expect to pay through the nose for your selection. Not here though! I confess that I don't know most wine prices by hear but Everything Wine seemed to be pretty close if not on par with what the Government stores charge. And the selection! They carried bottles that I have never seen before and also a great selection of vintage products too. They have a wine tasting bar in the store too and they always seem to have interesting wines on offer here that you drink out of class glasses...not those silly little plastic ones that most tastes come in. Speaking of glasses they carry the full, and I mean full, line of Reidel glassware and tell you what type of wine every type of shape is for. If you're buying a gift Everything Wine carries a great selection of ways to wrap your present. They also opened a store at Morgan Crossing in South Surrey and it is every bit as good as this location. Check them out next time you're on the North Shore!
