We have gone there several times as it a local place for us. The service was excellent and everything at dinner was very well prepared even though we made small request changes. The menu has excellent choices. We went with 3 kids who were able to get their specific choices. Everyone was quite friendly. Last week we went for an early dinner and they were full. Arrayed on top of the noodles in orderly rows are the pork, shrimp and a darkly crisp spring roll, along with strips of vinegared carrot and daikon, shredded cucumber, fresh mint leaves and bean sprouts. Nuoc cham sauce arrives on the side in a pretty little star shaped ramekin. The aroma of the grilled pork tantalizes. It has been sliced thin to maximize the crispy charred exterior, while still being pleasantly fatty and tender.
