I contacted James from Redecopp Security after a terrible experience I had with a previous locksmith company. James was literally at our home 5 minutes after I contacted him to replace the locks that the previous locksmith broke, as well as keying the other locks in our house. A very efficient and reliable company. James is very attentive to detail and even cleaned up before leaving. Amazing service and quality work. I definitely would use this company again and highly recommend them.

I asked him all kinds of silly questions about the air conditioning unit and he answered them like they were just common questions. He was very respectful and nice. He sat down and explained different things about the unit cause I have two different brands and we just talked about getting a new unit. Now new unit is working fine and overall, I’m totally satisfied.
