We tried the kusshi oysters and they were so good and fresh. All their sauce accompaniments worked well. The provided a tiny bucket of the best tasting, deep fried potatoe chips I have ever had, so addictive. My calamari was ok but my bouillabaisse was amazing in taste and portion. My eating companions all enjoyed the two types of chowder and their entrees. Lots of street parking available. The service was good with only a slight delay in timing of all the appetizers coming at once. Read more

I was here with a large group seated in a separate area and we ordered so many things. I can only say it was all wonderful. The food was well prepared, good quality ingredients and it all tasted delicious. When they use higher end pork for your sweet and sour pork that is a positive sign. The service was excellent. A better family restaurant. I like the White Spot, a lot! Solid menu with selections varying from delicious junk food (eg gourmet poutine) to kids food (Pirate Pack) to healthy choices to satisfying comfort food. Decent wine and beer menu, if a tad limited. Superlative pies and gooey desserts. The coffee is known city wide as "White Spot coffee." Distinctive (no, not bad, distinctive). My go to spot for an economical, satisfying repast. Read more

This is my favourite restaurant. period. I don't get the chance to travel to Vancouver much but we've debated flying in just for dinner at Ouisi. There isn't a thing on the menu you should not order. Great portion sizes, great flavours - I crave them while back home in Ontario. Read more
