When the waitress set down my Long Island Iced Tea, I picked it up & instantly the bottom of the glass broke away dumping the whole 'tall' glass of ice etc all over the table, splashing onto our faces, clothes & the seat. The waitresses were very appologetic, promptly cleaned up the mess-even offered to give me a shirt to wear! Also, my fresh drink, meal, PLUS the two other meals at the table were on the house! It is good for what it is. Nothing fancy. Good family restaurant option at very reasonable prices. Your meal typically includes soup/salad and ice cream for dessert. The service was fairly good. I had their lunch size lasagna and it was fine. Very cheesy. No washroom inside the restaurant but there is one just outside to the left as part of the mall's shared facilities.
