I came to Michael's for the first time looking for an amazing steak and thats exactly what I got! The service is amazing, food is truly top notch and the wines are out of this world. The owner and management are one of a kind and are willing to go the extra mile to make the customer happy. Would give this establishment a 5 star out of 5 star because I could not find any flaw. Excellent service, wonderful warm urban setting. The food was great, amazing quality ingredients at good value. Our only complaint is that the menu is very limited - which is a bit problematic for with some with food sensitivities. I do understand that the restrictions permit us to be rewarded with quality ingredients. If there were a just a few more choices I would have awarded this venue 5 stars plus. Read more

This was a sigularly phenomenal experience. All of our food was lick-your-plate excellent. I love their investment in local food producers. Their housemade breads, butters, pastas totally show it. We also were treated to a random complimentary amuse-bouche of a pork terrine with caramelized onions on crostini. Vanilla creme brulee was the single best creme brulee I've ever had--PERFECTLY burnt sugar. Truly amazing prices for food this good. ONLY down thought?
