Our furnace broke in the middle of the night on CHRISTMAS and Brendan took the call at 1am. Vince came out to do the repairs in the morning and he was friendly, patient and reassuring. I have dealt with owner, Tom Porco, for over 15 years, bought one motorcycle through him, and had him and staff work on my 750 Yamaha, 450 Honda and 1100 BMW.
