I'm so surprised by all of these negative comments! I went in after having lost 50 lbs and a career change. The owner helped me find clothes that fit and looked superb. I've received so many compliments. I just went back and picked up a few extra pieces. The owner was there but her colleague was. She was more quiet and didn't reach out in any way yet was absolutely helpful when I got to the cash. I was there until closing time and her patience was appreciated. Oh, the prices were just right.

I have a very good experience with them. They took care the stuff and the house not to get any damage.There are some challenge that they face and be able to deal with it very well. the challenges make the move longer and they didn't charge me extra. I could not explain it further due to the limitation on the number of words that I could write. Im the kind of person that is hard to pleased.

Painters Direct guys were careful with prepping the area before starting the job, patched stucco imperfections and applied 2 coats of elastomeric paint. The house looks much better and patched areas are unnoticeable. Doug the owner responded promptly to all my calls and inquiries and his crew was polite and professional. I brought them my 25 year old Hoover vacuum to see why it was screeching. The guys took it apart to have a look and when they determined it was the motor bearings they recommended against repairs, saying it would not be worth it. They said to just use it as long as it still worked or until it died. They didnt charge me a dime. 4 months later the vacuum stopped screeching on its own and is still working more than a year later. Now I buy all of my vacuum bags and supplies from them.

Oven board relay was broken. New part was min $600 and one technician was surprised we would consider replacing it and not just buying an entire new oven. Our oven is only 2 years old. Doug took the board and fixed the relays instead and I am so happy we didn't have to buy a new oven. I know he is hard to get a hold of sometimes but he is very kind and helpful, just very busy.
