Very pleasant and professional people. The dental hygienist did not use scented products or perfumes, which is wonderful for a person like me with scent sensitivities. Dr. Jeffery was very respectful to the hygienist and to me. He did not try to push expensive procedures, and even told me the expensive procedures were not necessary (another dentist had tried to push expensive procedures on me, so this was a refreshing change). My husband got new top dentures and a new partial plate for the bottom teeth. We were so pleased with how everything turned out. From the moment he got them he has not had any problem whatsoever. Often times of course, adjustments might be necessary which we of course would have understood, BUT his were perfect! We highly RECOMMEND them.
