Dr. Miller was instrumental in his effort to prevent the loss of an eye. After close attention to his assessment prior to and after the surgery, his treatment has proven itself to be a major success. After a year things continue to improve without a recurrence of hypoxia. To wait long enough and monitor one's own eye based on his assessment has proven to be a measure of his accuracy as a medical professional.
