The good Doc and his assistant incessantly worked on trying to save/restore my two teeth. After almost 2 full long hours, we finally had complete success. Incredible. I had an emergency and they took me right away, other ones that I called I would of had to wait for 4 days. Dr. Aulakh is excellent as is the whole staff. Dr. Aulakh phoned me after 2 days and wanted to know how I was doing ----- how many do that!!!! I highly recommend this dentist and you wont be disappointed!!!

My family and I have been seeing Dr. Herman Shen for the last 15 years. He has always been courteous and thorough in all of his exams. Each of his offices, (in Metrotown, President Plaza and Henderson) are very convenient to go to with plenty of parking and shopping nearby. There is always a wait, but that is normal and to be expected at all doctor offices who are popular and sought after.

I used to work at Seaspan when I began my orthodontic treatment back in 2012. However, I was unsatisfied with the result left from the 1st orthodontist so transferred over to Dr. Pocock who helped centered my upper mid-lne which was shifted by a few millimetres to the left.
I'm quite old so am not the typical kid patient. I don't care for sweet talk. I judge a doctor by his competency, care and integrity, and Dr. Pocock delivers on all three of these qualities.
