We recently visited Banff and required some emergency dental service. This clinic was especially kind and helpful and had the problem with a broken ortho wire in my son’s friends mouth quickly rectified. First experience excellent, second experience excellent as. I have a major problem from getting my teeth done in Mexico. Scott is taking the time to find me my options. He also suggested having someone close to me to come to this consultation as it’s a life changing decision. Which he’s going over and above and staying after they are closed to give me the information and options. So very accommodating! The staff are friendly, nice down to earth people as well. We are very lucky to have them!

The clinic is beautiful and very clean! I appreciated the direct billing insurance but the main reason I recommend them is because of Dr. Chin. I always get the sense that hes looking out for my best interest and very genuine!
Oh and even though its downtown there is free parking. I almost got confused the first time i was there. You park on the south side of the building and they validate when you go in.

The chiropracor at Activa is the best I've been to in Edmonton. She's really informative and does great adjustments that I really depend on. The clinic is beautiful and even though it's downtown, there is lots of parking available. The staff are very friendly and the massage I had was quite hard but I felt awesome days after. I couldn't imagine going anywhere else again.

Always have had very positive experiences. The walk in Drs have always been open and allow me to contribute to diagnostics without having threatened egos. They also don’t just throw a prescription at you typically if you don’t need one, and if you do need one are good about making sure its right. They have referred a specialist that was useless but I forgive them for it.
