Since moving to Calgary two years ago I've found the level of service at this branch to be exemplary. Of all of the Scotia branches on the West/Southwest of Calgary this is the heavy hitter: smart staff, quick moving lines and a space that is clean and well lit. The tellers have been a cut above, especially when you compare them to the other branches.
I've never encountered the rudeness the prior reviewer mentions. If anything my experiences have been the total opposite.

I have been having problems with my hearing for quite a while because of Tinnitus. I went to Kirkham Hearing to see if they could fix it. I was told that Tinnitus is incurable which I have been told from several specialists. After a evaluation I found I did have a hearing loss in the high tones. When fit with hearing aids the tinnitus was reduced drastically. The treatment I have had with them is remarkable and I highly recommend them to anyone I talk to about hearing problems. I used this company on two occasions to service two separate Eurostar irons purchased by family members. Both were extremely happy with the product - they just needed a tune up after years in use. Both “fixes” were done promptly and effectively at minimal cost. The downside was the location out in Springbank but it was very easy to access. Found customer service to be very good.
