I have had my hearing aids for close to three years. They are an excellent product, however I have had a couple glitches, mainly due to my own carelessness. I have found the assistance provided by both Kristen and Lisa to be amazing. On separate occasions, they have each resolved the problems, and restored full function, with no charge for expertise and helpful, positive attitudes. I plan to be a customer for life, and I highly recommend the products and the staff at Strathroy Ampliphon.

I have been only going to the Mobile Shop for all my mobile needs for a few years now. They have always been friendly, courteous, and helpful. No matter if I have a small question or a large concern they have been helpful and never make me feel rushed.
