He spent a lot of time troubleshooting the drive to try to make it operational for me. In the process, he gave me a tutorial on Windows updates, computer drivers, and general computer components and operation. His explanations were clear and concise, and I left feeling more confident about managing my laptop. Ask for him if you need the tech department at London Drugs! Read more

We tried other brands and places when they have had a sale but never again as we were very disappointed with them. Their stain, paint and customer service (especially Angela) is just wonderful.
