I was just out last weekend and was very pleased with the service received on all accounts. The staff member answered my questions clearly, he put down what he was involved in and proceeded to take care of the issues I had very quickly and efficiently. The clerks at the front were pleasant and one young lady even assisted me to take my purchases out to the car and helped unload, without even asking! So I will be returning in the future! Thank you for a positive shopping experience!

Ive been going to this Food Basics for approx. 15 years and the staff and owner are great. Customer service is always helpful and a great selection. I like shopping in this mall. It has lots of different stores but isn't so big that you need hours to see everything. There is a grocery store, fitness centre and Goodwill with great deals and easy donation dropoff. Too bad Dollarama doesn't have a sign outside so you know it's there though.
I shop here often and recommend it to people in this neighbourhood.
