Shelves are always stocked- the staff are friendly- pharmacy staff are cheerful and helpful. There is only one problem - the cashier is often not available - management insists on only one cashier as they want the express machines to be used. Not convenient when I only want a lottery ticket.

They were really busy but took the time to ask me what was wrong and offered for me to bring my car in to have a look at it but couldn't guarantee they could fix it right away. In a couple of hours they had fixed the problem and very reasonably as well. FANTASTIC customer service at this location.

I called the 1-800 No Frills help line, and they told me it was at the discretion of the store if I could get it replaced, without additional cost....Heather was exceptional. I am selling my house and accidentally broke the front glass on my fireplace while moving furniture. I brought the glass to The Stove Store in spencerville hoping that I could get it repaired. Due to COVID there was going to be over 2 months to get a replacement. The lad at the counter said he could cut a new piece and have the door ready for the next day. They cut the glass and replaced it for half the price of ordering a new glass. Highly recommend stopping here.
