I had Dan over to clarify what I had been told by a different company's technician and was impressed to hear not only what he said but how he explained it as well. I understood what he meant and he calmly explained things I wasn't too clear on. His professional manners and appearance right away put me at ease and I felt very comfortable having him in my home.
