This man gas battled frozen ground, soggy clay, and other septic tank perils for us. Septic systems, older ones from say 1985, are not alway easy to deal with. Multiple possible reasons for the same symptom, and so begins a process of elimination. He never gave up and because of that he not only fixed our systems issues, he went above and beyond to help prevent a further problem.
