I phoned in a bit of a panic - audio on computer really scratchy - I thought Id need new one. They were very kind and helpful on the phone, took my computer in with intention to get new one and have all data transferred. The server in our Vancouver Downtown law office went down after a power outage and couldn't boot.
A call to VCRS computer support and their techs showed-up onsite two hours later.
They worked on restoring the server past our office working hours.
All was back and running again.

Call me a die-hard but I liked it better when these stores were all called Radio Shack. That said they are still the same in a lot of respects. This is still the place to go for all kinds of audio and video doodads that you just won't find all in one place without going to the Source. What's more is that they offer a great selection of other unique products that aren't often available anywhere else like USB devices that capture 35mm slides. They have done a good job in keeping with the times too and are quite a major Bell Mobility dealer and offer a selection of flat screen TVs and computer accessories too.

Kudos to the guys at Cartridge World today! Their selfless service today really blew me away. I walked in ready to buy two cartridge refills. They tested both of the old cartridges, and one of them was still full!. Then they asked me how long the used cartridge had lasted, and convinced me that I didn't need to buy a spare one at all. So they convinced me to walk out without paying a cent! Unbelievable customer service! So great!
