This morning our water heater broke. We placed an online request for a replacement before business hours. They responded to us immediately and within a few hours were at our door with a replacement model. Mark & Brad were very professional, polite, informative and funny. They did a perfect install and left us with practical advice and ways to save money that we didn't know about. Great company to plan an event or production. The consultation is one on one and there are so many options given/shown to make the event unique. I was amazed at what was offered!
