The staff was patient and helpful. My son had his wisdom teeth removed and was very confused, but they demonstrated a lot of patience in how they spoke with him. The only thing that could be improved upon is the option for direct billing. I know it isn’t without its challenges, but it does make accessing the service a little simpler. Goes over and above and gives sound advice for both physical and mental health needs. Dr Smith is caring and understanding and as an athlete herself, has great understanding of sports injuries.
