Absolutely love Dr. Mckeown, she is such a great doctor. She is very through and answers all your questions. She is always understanding of your worries and requests, I never leave her office feeling bad. She is so kind and really cares and connects with her patients on another level. The receptionists go above and beyond. Helen, just to name one, she has gone above and beyond her duties to make sure that everything worked out for me and my prescription, when she didn’t have to. I saw another review saying they don’t answer their phones - that’s not true and if they don’t it’s because they’re so good and busy and literally constantly on the phone or busy helping with patients. They ALWAYS call back when you leave a message. They treat every patient so well.

Sleep evaluation is a challenge. If you are there you likely need to be, so suck it up. This is not a spa, it is a lab. Clinicians are at work. Nothing sexy about it. I have been 2X, testing and follow up. I was treated well, the staff was efficient and the work gets done. You are out of your comfort zone, deal with it. Nobody enjoys the experience, it sucks to be wired up. But, the reward is potentially life-affecting. A spa would be nice, so is better sleep. Stop complaining & sleep well.
