We have a fairly complicated plumbing system in our house, so that we can collect rainwater and use it during drought times. The original installation had problems; it wasn't Darcy's installation, but he fixed the problems, has returned several times for other problems (not of his making) and has shown us how to drain parts, maintain the system, and convert back and forth from rainwater to city water.
