I have a tankless water heater installed by this business. They provide excellent services. When the sales person arrived at our house to do an assessment and cost estimate, he identified all the issues with our existing heater that was installed by a previous contractor. My mother in law had plumbing medic do high pressure wash of all there drains this is how I found plumbing medic. My experience with the plumbing mecid was of complete satisfaction. Had them do a customized bath room at my cottage. They were so clean (4 dropsheets) it was like they were never there, other then they do play horrible country music on there radio a little to loud. Pricing was spot on, I did order alot of high end components/fixtures with them. Want high end, it costs high end. What amazed me the most was the high end finish that they did. Adds a whole new feeling to walking in the bathroom. I would and have hired plumbing medic for any inconveniences in the plumbing field. My wife and I were guests in September 2016 at the Park inn (Radisson) in Mississauga. After showering I grabbed a towel and it has been the best towel I have ever used, it was soft and very absorbent. I have been wanting towels like these for years and have not found one in any hotel or retail store in my 30 years of travelling on the road. Love Dickson Home hardware! They are just up the road from me and literally have everything and then some. Whatever I need whether it is wire mesh for the water feature, salt in the winter, closet hooks , I can find it here. I once came looking for the oddest product to get rust off of a quartz rock and sure enough they knew what it was and had it. I often know what I want but not what it is, they have tons of friendly staff always close at hand who actually know . Most recent purchase -A Green Egg for hubbie as a surpise! They kept my secret for a few months even when my husband went and visited, they delived when they said they would (free of charge too!) and set it all up. Bunch of really nice people and they are open late which is good for those of us who decide to do something at 7pm at night lol! Read more

We went 48 hours without water. Something went wrong in our water well. Originally had a company (I will not mention the name here) booked to come and look at our well but they never showed up and told us they were too busy. We called almost everyone in our area and surrounding areas. It was either they were too busy (Water Well business must be very lucrative), they wouldn’t come to our area, no one returned my calls, or there was no answer. We were about to give up when I called The Plumbing Pros in Barrie and even though he couldn’t help us with our particular water problem, he took the time out of his busy schedule to call his suppliers to see if he can find someone for me. He called me back within 10 minutes with some recommendations. Because of this small act of kindness, we were able to get our water fixed!
