we had been having issues with skin rashes and bites for over a month and had seen medical professionals for allergies etc. We had no idea that we could have had bed bugs. One night we found one of these creepy crawly bug on our white sheet and then we started to search our bed. We were freaked out and selected Quest to fumigate these bedbugs from our home. We had to clean and organize before the application as per the emailed guidelines. The exterminator was very knowledgeable and helpful. We understood that the problem started after we had brought in a discarded piece of furniture. Now we know the cause of the infestation. The extermination process was less than 90 minutes. We only had to leave for about 4 hours. It has been over a year and we remain free of these blood sucking bugs. Thanks to the professional help from Quest.

I have a tankless water heater installed by this business. They provide excellent services. When the sales person arrived at our house to do an assessment and cost estimate, he identified all the issues with our existing heater that was installed by a previous contractor. Travelling through Angus on a Friday afternoon, when my rad hose decided it was going to leak, and pour my coolant everywhere. In a panic, and in a rush, they went WELL above and beyond to get me on the road. The part that I needed; closest one was in Barrie. One of the guys actually drove their own vehicles to Barrie to get the rad pipe, because it was after the last part shipping vehicle. I cant thank all of them enough.
