Excellent dentist who cares about his patients and put them first. The office is a very welcoming and well-maintained space. The staff are friendly and well-trained. Dr. He is not only knowledge and but also takes his time to make sure I understand my situation and the treatment options available. I have visited several dentists before and Dr. Bai is by far the best. She did both fillings and cleaning for me and I'm more than satisfied. Besides, she is patient and knowledgeable to answer my questions and explain it to me in detail. The office is very clean and the waiting area is cozy, too. There's TV and music for relaxing. I will definitely recommend Dr. Bai to everyone!

I required a dental emergency in June 2023 and this is what happened:
��� Dr Thomas answered the telephone;
��� I booked an appointment with him for the next day;
��� Met Dr Thomas, he fantastic. He explained the entire procedure, he helped me to prevent gag reflex via a simple procedure of me holding onto a mirror so I could see what was happening and it worked!!! I didn't gag at all.
��� He extracted my wiggly crown.

Needed a dentist on a Sunday for a fractured root canal tooth that had a temp filling. (side of tooth broke off)
Dentist was able to put a new temp filling in for me until I could see my dentist on Tuesday.
Very thorough (better temp filling than my regular dentist does) explained what he was doing, he asked lots of questions and made sure I was satisfied w filling before I left. He also gave me notes to bring to my regular dentist explaining the work he did.
Quick and Painless! So grateful!
