Shopping for a gift for a 5 year old is never easy so I went directly to where I knew I could find her something she could like. Toys R Us always meets my expectation for finding the right gift. While I may have gone there to find a gift for a 5 year old, I was blown away by their selection of electronic, their video games and other practical gifts that almost anyone would love. The prices are not as low as Walmart, but shopping there is definitely less hassle than fighting threw crows at people at Walmart. Even I was a little taken back by their tremendous amount of Barbies and board games. My own problem with Toys R Us is the lack of staff available to help. They really need less people working the cash machine and more people tending to customers trying to reach higher item toys. Read more

My experience at Bower Eye Care has always been very professional and positive. The doctors are always on time with their appointments, they always keep a couple appointment times open for walk-ins (which is awesome if you need to get your eyes checked right away), and the doctor I saw was very informative and polite. I've been coming here for years and I've always left satisfied. I don't wear contacts, but my daughter has them and the staff are always patient and willing to make the extra effort in order to ensure you like the brand you're wearing. I recommend Bower Eye Care to anyone and everyone that needs to see an optometrist. Read more

Greetings, I am sure you get a few complaints through your Customer Service Department. This not a complaint at all. I have been a customer at your 67 Street location here in Red Deer for many years. I had a little bit of a difficult time with the Branch 3 or 4 years ago but that has all changed, for the better. The staff are once again helpful and seem interested in my business.
