I have been going for oil changes and have had various problems looked at over the last 3 years or so, including brakes and check engine lights. He has also inspected a vehicle I was selling and barely charged. I was traveling from out of town and had my check engine light come on in my Ford F150. The truck was not accelerating well. The Kal Tire representative checked the truck and oil level, and said it appeared a sensor was needing to be replaced. One was ordered overnight, but unfortunately it didn't fix the problem, so they removed the new one and replaced it with the old sensor and didn't charge me a dime! Really impressed by the staff and service they gave me! Thank You so much! Read more

I had a little bit of a difficult time with the Branch 3 or 4 years ago but that has all changed, for the better. The staff are once again helpful and seem interested in my business.
