My garage door opener unit failed on a Wednesday. I phoned the builder to inform him of the issue. Thursday a representative of Bobs Door Service showed up and reviewed the issue. Friday morning I had a new replacement unit installed. This Warranty issue was dealt with very professionally with polite and experienced staff. I have No issues whatsoever with the way the situation was handled. I can say they stand behind their work and products. It was a freak motor failure in the unit. Thx!!

I cannot find the words to sufficiently praise this woman as a doctor of exceptional skill and as a person who always showed all the personal integrity, caring and honesty that you could wish for. Without exaggeration, our son might not be here without her presence in the delivery room. Armellie is simply the best.
