These guys are every good,fair and honest as good as my friend suggest. I brought in my 2009 Toyota Camry , knowing there was some work that needed to be done. They did it for $450 lower then the original quote that i got elsewhere . I was informed throughout the process and given best case and worst case scenarios and they were very honest in all of their dealings with me.

This place was able to help me when no other mechanic was able to (6 different shops and 1 dealership). My issue was with locking lug nuts where the key was damaged. Every other mechanic told me that their bolt extractors wouldn't work on my rims because there wasn't enough space to latch onto the bolts. The guys working here are very honest. It's a refreshing change from what I'm used to - previously needing to do my research so I don't get taken advantage of at other repair shops. I have had such positive experiences with my vehicles - & was reasonably charged - that I've recommended their shop to neighbours and friends. I visited Little's on Thursday, February 23rd, 2012 to have my brake pads replaced and a belt squeak checked out. The management and the mechanics were professional and friendly, the prices were very reasonable, and they were able to fix up the car very quickly and on short notice. The final amount was below what was quoted to me and the car is running great. Worth the drive out from Ottawa - I'll be back for sure. Definitely recommend!
